Is InvoPulse a full accounting replacement?

No. InvoPulse is focused on invoicing and receivables workflows. It does not position itself as a complete accounting or statutory filing platform.

Can I create and send invoices?

Yes. You can create invoices, move them through lifecycle states, send by email, and generate PDF output.

Can I track payments against invoices?

Yes. Payments and allocations are tracked so balance due status remains clear and auditable.

How do reminders work?

You can queue reminders against eligible invoices and keep collections activity in one timeline.

Does InvoPulse support promise-to-pay tracking?

Yes. Promise records can be captured and updated as part of collections workflows.

Are reminders sent automatically without review?

No. Reminder drafting and send actions remain user-controlled.

What reports are available?

Receivables, invoice ledger, payments, and tax summary reports are available with CSV export endpoints.

Can I export data?

Yes. Reporting pages include export flows for operational analysis and external review.

How does AI drafting work?

AI can generate invoice and reminder draft candidates. Users review and edit before anything is committed.

Can AI directly create final invoices?

No. AI output is assistive and does not bypass confirmation or save rules.

How does OCR intake work?

You upload a document, review extracted candidate fields, and confirm explicitly before any expense record is created.

Does OCR support private file handling?

Yes. OCR source files are stored on private storage paths and are not exposed as public assets.

Can I brand invoices and customer-facing pages?

Yes. Business branding fields include logo and sender identity controls, with fallbacks to clean defaults.

How does team access work?

Team access is role-based per business tenant, with policy checks and permission-scoped actions.

Is there audit visibility?

Yes. Activity logging exists for key operations so teams can trace who did what and when.

Can one user access multiple businesses?

Yes. Supported users can switch business context while maintaining tenant isolation.

Are shared invoice links secure?

Shared invoice links are signed and token-protected with expiry controls.

How does email delivery work?

Laravel Mailables are queued and sent through configured SMTP (including SendGrid), with delivery records in workflow logs.

Do I need a queue worker?

Yes for queued emails and async workflows in non-sync environments. Without a worker, queued delivery will not process.

Does InvoPulse include subscription billing automation?

Yes. Self-service signup starts a 14-day free trial via Stripe Checkout; billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel from Settings → Billing.

What integrations are currently available?

Current focus is core product workflows. Additional integrations can be discussed during pilot onboarding.

How quickly can we onboard?

Typical pilot onboarding can start quickly with guided setup and sender configuration.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. Payment details are captured via Stripe at signup and the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled.

How is customer data separated?

The application uses tenant-scoped data boundaries and route/model scoping to prevent cross-tenant leakage.

What about privacy and legal terms?

Public Privacy Policy and Terms pages provide product-ready drafts; final legal details should be reviewed and finalized by the business/legal team.
